Therapy that honours how you experience life
No two minds work the same way — and that’s something to be embraced, not fixed. I offer neuro-affirming therapy for clients who are autistic, ADHDers, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent, as well as those exploring whether they may be. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are self-identified, or simply suspect your brain works a little differently, you are welcome here.

Neurodivergent people often spend years adapting to a world that wasn’t designed with them in mind — masking, compensating, burning out. You may have been misdiagnosed or misunderstood in the past. You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, socially exhausted, or like you're always "too much" or "not enough." In therapy, you don’t have to explain or justify how your brain works. We start from a place of acceptance.
My approach
I offer a gentle, integrative approach tailored to how you process information, experience emotions, and relate to the world. I’ll take time to understand your communication style, sensory needs, executive functioning challenges, and emotional landscape — without judgement or assumption.
I’m currently exploring my own diagnosis for ADHD, so I truly understand how complex and personal this journey can be. I also recognise how ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence can interact with issues like anxiety, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and eating disorders. Many clients come to therapy unsure where their difficulties stem from — and together, we gently make sense of it all.

As a qualified integrative counsellor, I blend talking therapy with a range of practical tools and psycho-education. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, which can be particularly helpful for exploring parts of yourself that may have formed in response to feeling different, unsafe, or overwhelmed.

Therapy sessions may be structured or flexible, depending on your preference. I offer a calm, low-stimulation space on the Hampton Hill / Teddington border with easy access from Twickenham and Richmond (the R68 bus stops outside my house), and online sessions for those who prefer support from home. You’re welcome to bring fidgets, wear sunglasses, or do what helps you feel most at ease.

What we can work on together
Neurodiverse clients come to therapy for many reasons — some related to neurodivergence, some not. We can explore:
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Autistic burnout or ADHD fatigue
Sensory or social overload
Rejection sensitivity and self-esteem
Identity, masking and unmasking
Executive functioning challenges
Navigating diagnosis or self-discovery
Building self-trust and emotional regulation
Relationships, boundaries, and communication
Sleep issues and difficulty switching off
Work, education or life transitions
Feeling misunderstood, isolated or “too much”

Whether you’re navigating day-to-day challenges or deeper emotional patterns, I’ll work with you at your pace, in a way that suits your unique nervous system and way of being.

You are not broken
You may have spent years feeling like you had to change yourself to fit in. But here, we do things differently. I’ll meet you as you are — with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

If you're neurodivergent or exploring that possibility, and you’re looking for therapy that truly fits you, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to talk things through.

You’re welcome just as you are.
