How Counselling Can Help
Life doesn’t always make sense — and when things feel heavy, counselling offers a place to untangle your thoughts, connect with your feelings, and start finding your way forward.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, confused or overwhelmed, counselling creates a space where you can pause and be truly heard — without judgement or expectation.

Understanding yourself more deeply
In our work together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface — not just what you think or do, but how you feel and why certain patterns might keep repeating. Together we can begin to make sense of it all, gently uncovering the stories you’ve been carrying, and seeing how they might be impacting your life today.
Counselling isn’t about giving advice or fixing you. It’s about holding a safe space where you can come home to yourself — with all your thoughts, feelings, questions and contradictions welcome.

A therapy that fits you
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor each session to suit your needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, blending insight and tools from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic thinking, CBT, solution-focused brief therapy and more.
I also integrate hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, mindfulness and breathwork techniques. This flexible approach means we can work in a way that feels right for you — whether that’s focused and practical or exploratory and reflective.
